The Purity Protocol (Returns & Exchanges)

To ensure the absolute safety and molecular integrity of our archives, Maison D’Aludra does not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been dispatched. Due to the sanitary nature of high-end skincare, we cannot restock or resell any item that has left our controlled laboratory environment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that your ritual arrives physically damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact our Concierge Team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
